Being a drive of belt transporter and lifting equipment, this electric roller is widely applied in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, coal industry, building materials, powering, light industry, foodstuff and transportation.

Electric roller has such properties as fine structure, low volume, light weight, fine sealing and easy assembling. It can be used in such environment as heavy powder, muddy, wet and outdoors. The ambient temperature is between -20??C and 40??C. Usually it isn't applied in altitude over 1000m. It should be assembled levelly.

The electric roller we produce on standard of JB/T7330-94 of mechanism department includes three types: fixed shaft gear, planet gear and cycloid pin wheel. The installing form includes inside the motor, outside the motor and movable. There are various series of products: YDT, YDN, JDT, JDN, TDY75, YBT, WBT, WBN, WXT, WXN, YDY1 and JDY1. The whole product can be glued. The glued face can be classified into flat glue. The whole roller, except for YDY1 and JDY1 movable rollers, can be equipped with hold-back parts. The oil cooling and immersed type are applied when the motor is inside and when it is outside there are horizontal type, solid motor and horizontal vertical type. The motor is assembled with Y series motor. If the anti-explosive environment is wanted, you can select anti-explosive motor, as well as the ZL type stretching tooth connector, YOX liquid coupler and YWZ type hydraulic-pressure handspike arrester.
